Plastics

We offer our own comprehensive solutions for IML (In-Mold Labeling) technology and modular devices for post-processing. We develop side-entry robots with direct drives for ultra-fast IML applications.

Metal Sector

We build six-axis robot stations, automating measurement controls and tasks related to assembly, gluing, and screwing. We manufacture injection molds and components on our own CNC machines.

CAD, CAE, CAM Design
All our projects are developed as three-dimensional computer models. We analyze potential “weak points” of the project, elements under the most stress, or those particularly crucial. They undergo strength and fatigue analyses to assess how they will perform in the real world. In the end, all components are manufactured using precision CNC machines, with programs written using modern CAM tools.

We subject all our projects to kinematic analysis. We examine the forces that will act during operation, as well as the velocities and accelerations involved. We verify compliance with initial assumptions. This approach allows us to avoid situations where we might apply an undersized or oversized actuator, brake, bumper, or motor. We select components based on mathematical calculations and simulation analyses of machine operation – always ensuring that the device operates efficiently and reliably for an extended period.

We dedicate a significant amount of time to carefully prepare, analyze, and optimize projects, reducing the risk of unforeseen situations during assembly, commissioning, and operation. We optimize mass distributions, velocity profiles, and carried loads, aiming to maintain a balance between application requirements and budget constraints. Our solutions are based on professional PLC/PAC controllers from renowned manufacturers, ensuring reliability and effectiveness. We utilize a wide range of technologies, including HMI panels, industrial computers, inverters, servo drives, and linear drives.
