Modularity is the key advantage of our solutions for post-processing in injection molding. It represents a unique approach. Each of our compact devices can be freely combined with an injection molding machine and other devices. You disconnect, connect, all without the need for specialized knowledge or credentials.

In our solutions, we utilize the following modules:

All modules, except for the load-bearing frame, can be disconnected, unscrewed, and set aside, allowing the attachment of another module. The ability to exchange individual modules provides unprecedented flexibility, not available in other lateral robot design solutions. Substituting and rearming individual modules is exceptionally straightforward and does not require specialized knowledge or Matsim service assistance.

Thanks to the use of a set of dedicated positioners, preparing a reconfigured station for operation is quick—comparable to stations based on Cartesian robots. It requires the same qualifications.

This approach reduces the complexity of the mechanism and increases system reliability. We avoid energy losses associated with overcoming motion resistance in traditional drive elements such as gears, drive belts, or ball screws.

Our solutions are characterized by exceptional dynamics and fluidity of motion, significantly shortening production cycles compared to traditional methods. Furthermore, by eliminating vibrations resulting from the use of conventional drive elements, we achieve increased stability and process reproducibility, ultimately reducing the amount of production waste.
